accommodation arrangements with several
establishments representing a range
of prices and standards of luxury.
Most of these are not true "packages"
in that payment is made to the accommodation
establishment for lodging and to Conch
for diving. In some cases, the prices
quoted here reflect a discount from
the establishments standard prices,
in some cases not. In all cases, they
are places we work with regularly
and feel comfortable recommending.
Not only that, if you like, we'll
take care of the arrangements for
you, keeping it as simple as possible
to come and dive with Conch Republic!
Rates quoted are quite seasonal, so
the lowest price listed may only be
available in the Fall, the highest
rates will apply to winter and holidays. |

Ocean Pointe Suites
Only 1.5 miles
from our dive shop. Ocean Pointe is
an all-suite resort located directly
on the Atlantic Ocean. Our 60 acres
are part of a protected mangrove
forest and is entered through a
private gatehouse and road.
Ocean Pointe offers tropically
inspired décor in their 170 spacious
one and two bedroom suites that
sleep up to 4 or 6. Suites have
separate bedrooms, living room,
dining area and fully equipped
kitchen, whirlpool tub, and private
balcony.
Resort amenities
include a private beach, boardwalk,
marina, and a heated Olympic size
swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Free day
and night tennis, beach volleyball
and kayak rentals available.

Island
Bay Resort offers
three different sized rooms.
One-room efficiencies have a
small alcove kitchen, queen-sized
bed, dresser and small dinette
table with chairs. The one-
bedroom cottages have a queen-sized
bed, plus
a twin bed in the bedroom and
a queen sized futon in the kitchen/living
area. They also offer a two-bedroom
cottage with two double beds
in each bedroom. It also has
a complete kitchen and dining
area. All rooms have air conditioning,
ceiling fans, telephones, cable
TV and a lot of Florida charm.
Outside each room is a charcoal
grill to cook your fresh caught
fish and a picnic table with
a beach umbrella. |
